Pure Ocean’s mission is to support applied research projects at the cutting edge of innovation, in order to increase knowledge of the ocean and contribute to the fight against global warming , while preserving marine biodiversity and protecting and restoring fragile marine ecosystems.
These projects, led by non-profit organizations, are selected by our Scientific Committee, which includes five of the world’s leading experts in these fields.
But Pure Ocean also wants to go further:
By encouraging exchanges between companies, experts, associations and the general public, in the success of joint projects, at conferences and events in the form of “Talk for Pure Ocean”.

By raising awareness and engaging corporate sponsors, their internal audiences, and beyond, the general public.ic, through actions designed to raise awareness of the situation of these endangered ecosystems and highlight solutions to protect them. These actions, which combine sport and awareness-raising, are called “Race for Pure Ocean”.
