Raising awareness with the IRONMAN Foundation and Pierre Frolla

A huge thanks to the IRONMAN Foundation for their generous donation of $10,000 which helps fund our high-impact scientific projects.

To take things a step further, IRONMAN Foundation invited its athlete fundraisers to participate in an action with Pure Ocean Fund. The goal? . Because caring for our ocean starts by admiring its inhabitants and understanding their ecosystem.

That’s why the athletes enjoyed a snorkelling outing accompanied by members of the Pure Ocean team and Pierre Frolla, four-time world freediving champion and committed ocean conservationist.

“We are so excited to be working with Pure Ocean to raise awareness on the importance of protecting the vast marine ecosystems and communities where our athletes live, train and race,” said Audra Tassone, Executive Director of The IRONMAN Foundation.
