The third edition of the cleaning of the Catalan beach !

On the morning of September 4, 2021, the Marseille Swimmers’ Circle organized a cleanup of the Catalan beach in partnership with Pure Ocean Fund.

During this 3rd edition, 625 kilos of waste were collected. Among them :

450 plastic bottles,

495 glass bottles,

547 aluminum cans,

132 masks,

3 scooters,

And 30.000 cigarette butts !

A big thank you and bravo to UN OCEAN DE VIE, Fabrice Amedeo, ONET, ZEBOAT Marseille, Association MerTerre, Recyclop, association of general interest, Wings of the Ocean, to the young people of UCPA and Copain du monde 13, to the City Hall of the 1st and 7th district of Marseille, Metropole Aix-Marseille-Provence, as well as to all the volunteers present that day.
