The JP54 has just crossed the finish line in Lorient at 8:08 am and 31 seconds UT!

Jean-Pierre Dick, David Sussmann and the whole crew managed to complete the Route Saint-Pierre-Lorient- Pure Ocean Challenge in 8 days 12 hours 16 min 01 sec, thus beating Eric Tabarly’s legendary record!

As for Morgane Ursault-Poupon on UpSailing, she is only a few hours from the finiThis magnificent race was an opportunity to talk about the ocean, biodiversity and the absolute need to fund scientific research programs in order to better understand and better protect the planet.
